Sign a PDF online — free, under the ECT Act
Usima Sign lets anyone in South Africa upload a PDF, record assent and download it with an appended audit certificate and SHA-256 integrity hash — a standard electronic signature under the ECT Act 25 of 2002. Guests and free accounts get one signing per South African calendar day; paid plans raise the allowance. It is not DocuSign and not an advanced or qualified electronic signature.
