Usima versus the tools SA sellers already know
Shopify, Wix, DocuSign and Calendly each do one job well. Usima is the Rand-priced operating system around the shop: daily ops, a funder-shaped plan, ECT Act e-sign, and staff by role. Dated comparison tables (October 2026) say where the other tool still wins.

Questions
What does Usima replace?
For many SA SMMEs, one Usima account replaces a dollar website builder, a separate POS or stock tool, a foreign e-sign product and a booking SaaS. It does not replace a registered accountant, a customs broker, or AES/QES signing.
Is Usima enterprise software?
Yes: staff by role, POPIA roles in writing, isolated customer sites, verified subscription payments and audited e-sign. Not ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certified today.
